Science clearly indicates we are trending in the wrong direction if we want to promote the health of this species - an important regulator and balancing piece of the marine ecosystem. Immediate actions are needed to set up refuges, reduce acoustic noise, address pollution and protect chinook salmon, the whales’ primary prey.
